We are PICKMYPROPERTY CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED. You can find us over in Mogappair West, specifically in the 8th Block at number 8/124. This part of Chennai has changed a lot lately, but we have stayed put here. Our office is just a regular spot where we handle property consulting work. It is not in a big glass building or anything, just a normal place in the neighborhood. Mogappair is a bit quieter than the city center, which we like. The pin code is 600037. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and houses. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We are a small crew. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. If you are coming from the main road, you have to navigate through some of the smaller streets in the 8th Block to find our door. We do not have any big advertisements outside. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. We handle things for people all over Tamil Nadu, but our base is right here in this corner of Chennai. It is a practical setup. We get in early and stay until the work is finished. That is how we run things. There is always plenty to do and we just stay busy with it.
