You can find us at Onyx Realtors on the second floor of the Parsen Paradise Apartments. We are in the A11 block, specifically room 109. Being on Gn Chetty Road in T Nagar means there is never a quiet moment. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve gotten used to the constant hum of cars and people outside. Our office is pretty plain. We have some desks, a few cupboards full of folders, and a corner where we keep the water cooler. We spend our time helping people find places to live or work in this area. T Nagar is a maze of shops and homes, so we stay busy trying to keep up with what’s available. Most of the time, we’re on the phone or out meeting clients at different properties. We don't do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just show the places as they are and answer whatever questions come up. The Parsen Paradise building has been our home base for a long time. It feels like a small community inside the block. We know the security guards and the other folks who have offices nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the local streets well. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving. It isn't anything grand, but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
