We operate Om Vijaya Lakshmi Properties Llp from the 6th floor at Good Shepherd Square. Our address is No. 86 on Kodambakkam High Road. This is right in the middle of Nungambakkam, which is a very active part of Chennai. There is always something happening outside. Our office isn't anything too special to look at. It has desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of paper everywhere. We handle various property matters for people in the city. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days we are out of the office more than we are in it, looking at different sites or meeting people at their homes. The traffic on Kodambakkam High Road can be quite a mess, so we usually tell people to come by after the morning rush. We are just a group of people working together to manage these real estate tasks. We don't use any fancy systems. We just keep our own records and make sure everything is in order. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the weather is humid and the fans aren't enough. People come in with all sorts of questions about land and buildings.
