Om Shreyansnath Realty LLP is tucked away in Nungambakkam at the Suraj Kunj building. Specifically, we are at New No. 18, which was Old No. 8, on Rutland Gate, 5th Street. It is one of those parts of the city that feels lived-in and busy all at once. Our day-to-day routine is pretty standard for a realty business in this area. We spend time on the computer, look at property maps, and talk to people about what they are looking for. There is no big secret to how we work; we just show up and handle the tasks as they appear on our desks. The office has a lived-in feel to it, which we actually prefer over something that feels too cold or modern. We have got stacks of papers and some older furniture that does the job just fine. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors, and other times it is just the sound of the air conditioner running in the background. Being in Nungambakkam means we are close to a lot of the action, which helps with the work we do. We do not use any complicated systems, just basic organization that seems to work for us. It is a straightforward setup. We handle the local real estate stuff without a lot of fuss. Most of our time is spent making sure records are straight and people get the information they need.
