OM GOWRI LAKSHMI PROPERTIES LLP

Our place, OM GOWRI LAKSHMI PROPERTIES LLP, is tucked away in Rutland Gate. We are at Suraj Kunj, which is New No. 18 on 5th Street. Nungambakkam is a large area, but this particular street feels a bit more settled than the main roads. It’s been called Old No. 8 for a long time, but the new numbering is what most people use now. We do property work here in Chennai. The building isn't a massive skyscraper, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of the time we are busy with local property records and helping people figure out their land issues. It can get pretty humid in the office during the summer months, but we have the fans going and keep the windows open when it's not too dusty. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a small group of us who know the local area quite well. We like being in the 600006 part of town. There are some good places to eat nearby if you walk a bit. We don't have any glossy brochures or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and handle the files as they come in. If someone needs to talk about a property in Chennai, they usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up Suraj Kunj on 5th Street. It’s practical work and we just take it one day at a time.
