Om Anantanath Realty LLP is located over at Suraj Kunj. If you know the Nungambakkam area, you probably know the streets around Rutland Gate. Our office is at New No. 18, which people used to call Old No. 8, on 5th Street. It is an old neighborhood with plenty of history and we have been around long enough to see how much things have changed. The building is not hard to find once you get onto the right street. We deal with real estate matters every day, mostly just keeping things moving along. It is usually just a small group of us here, sitting at our desks and taking phone calls. Sometimes the traffic outside gets quite loud, but you get used to it after working here for a while. We are not a big corporation or anything like that. We are just some people working out of a building in a busy part of Chennai. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local property market. It involves a lot of routine work, like checking documents and meeting with folks who have questions about land or buildings. There is nothing fancy about how we run things. We just open the doors in the morning and do what needs to be done. 5th Street is usually quiet enough for us to focus, though the parking can be a headache sometimes.
