New India Salon

New India Salon is located at 47/22 Thandavaya Gramani Street in the Tondiarpet area of Chennai. We are right by the Tondiarpet Market, so the area is always full of life and noise from the vendors and shoppers. The salon is a traditional one, mainly for men who need a shave or a haircut. We have been at this spot for many years and the shop has a lot of history in its walls. The mirrors are large and old, and we have the classic barber chairs that have been repaired a few times over the years. It is a simple place with no frills at all. We have a radio that usually plays some old songs and we keep a stack of newspapers for people to read while they wait their turn. The floor is usually busy with people coming and going.
