NBS Properties Private Limited is located in Saidapet, right on Anna Salai. Our office is in a building called The Polygon, on the first floor at No. 56/142. It’s a very easy place to find because it’s on such a major road. Chennai 600032 is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. The office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to run things. We’ve got our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on the real estate work that needs doing. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and meetings with people looking for property. Since we’re on the first floor, it’s easy for folks to just walk in and have a chat. We don’t use any fancy language or complicated pitches. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the traffic noise from Anna Salai gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it. It’s just part of being in this part of the city. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood inside and out. It’s just a few of us working together to help people find what they need. We keep things simple and honest because that’s the way we like to work. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. Aside from that, it is mostly just us dealing with land records and client meetings.
