We are over in Anna Nagar East, working out of a flat in F-Block. Specifically, we are at 24/27, Flat No. 2B on 2nd Avenue. It is a good location, and being in a flat makes the whole thing feel more personal. Nandiikshaa Properties Private Limited is a small operation. We do not have a big storefront with neon signs. It is just a few of us who handle property deals around this part of the city. Anna Nagar is a busy place, and property prices here are always moving around. We spend a lot of time just talking to owners and keeping our records up to date. We do not use any marketing scripts or try to push people into things. We just show the properties and talk about the pros and cons of each one. Sometimes the office is a bit crowded with all the files and maps, but we manage. We think it is better to be honest about a place, even if it means we do not make a sale that day. We spend most of our time on the phone or out meeting people at different flats. It is a lot of work, but we like the independence of it. We are just local people trying to run a decent business on 2nd Avenue.
