You can find us at Minnath Estates LLP over on Josier Street in Nungambakkam. We are located in the Real Enclave building, specifically on the third floor in room 302. The address is 43/22 and it’s right in the heart of a very busy part of Chennai. Being in 600034 means we’re always near the center of things. The office itself is a simple room with some old wooden desks and a lot of cabinets for our records. It’s not a flashy place with glass walls or modern art. We prefer it this way because it’s where we actually do the hard work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We spend most of our day talking to people about property deals or going out to inspect buildings. Nungambakkam is always noisy, but once you’re up on the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the local market well. We try to be as helpful as possible when people come in with questions. There’s always a lot of paperwork to get through, and we just take it one day at a time. It’s a straightforward business and we’ve been at this spot for quite a while. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track all the site visits. Sometimes we forget to change the water bottle in the cooler, but we get by. It is just a regular office life for us.
