We are Mayura Developers And Consultancy (P) Ltd. and you can find our office at No:4/1, which is also called New No.7 on V.O.C. Nagar 3rd Street. This is located in Anna Nagar (East). It is a nice enough area to work in every day. We do a mix of developing projects and consulting work here. Most of the time we are busy with site visits or sitting at our desks looking at various drawings and plans. The office isn't very large but it serves our purpose just fine. V.O.C. Nagar is usually quite busy during the daytime. We have had this spot for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know exactly where we are. It is just a standard office setup with some files, a few chairs, and computers. We do not do anything too complicated, we just help people with their property needs. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for way too long, but that is just how the consultancy business works I guess. People come by Anna Nagar (East) to talk about their specific projects and we sit down and go through all the details together. It is pretty straightforward. We are not trying to be something we are not. Just a local group of people working out of a small office on 3rd Street. If you are passing by V.O.C. Nagar, you might see us coming and going. It is a decent place to be based for our work.
