Max Space Realty Llp is right on Poonamallee High Road in Aminjikarai. If you know Chennai, you know how loud and busy this road stays. There is always a bus honking or some construction happening nearby. Our office is at number 250. We have been here for a bit, just doing our daily work with property and space. It is mostly just us sitting around the computers and talking to people who want to move or find a spot for their business. The traffic on PH road is a nightmare during peak hours, so we usually get to the office early to avoid it. We deal with various types of real estate matters. It is not some big corporate setup with glass walls everywhere. We have chairs that squeak a bit and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. People stop by to ask about local spots or if we know someone who can help with renovations. We know the neighborhood pretty well since we spend most of our lives here. Working in Aminjikarai means you see all kinds of people every day. It is a practical place to be. We just try to get the paperwork done without too many delays. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. That is just how it goes in this business. We are usually here until late evening. It is just us doing what we can to keep the business going in this busy city.
