Marhaba Reality

Marhaba Reality is located over at No:13 on Mohamad Hussain Street. Royapettah is a lively area, and being right here in the middle of it keeps us pretty busy. We don't have a giant staff or a lobby with marble floors. It’s just a regular office where we handle property stuff for people in the neighborhood. Some days it's quiet and we’re just catching up on files, and other days it feels like everyone in Royapettah is looking for a new place at the same time. We’ve lived and worked around these streets long enough to know where the good spots are. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just local folks helping other folks find a roof over their heads. Sometimes the process takes longer than people want, but that’s just how real estate goes. We try to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things with jargon. If you walk down Mohamad Hussain Street, you can’t really miss us. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and looking at different apartments. It’s a lot of legwork, but it’s what we do. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what’s available on the market and tell people the truth about it. It’s a practical business, and we like keeping it that way for everyone who comes in.
