Ls Property Agencies is based at No: 38 Savara Muthu Street. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, and we like it that way. We’ve been here for a while, working out of this office and getting to know the people around the area. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some giant firm. We’re just a small agency doing the daily grind of property work. Whether it’s finding a small apartment for someone or helping a family sell their house, we just take it as it comes. The office is pretty functional with just the basics—desks, chairs, and a phone that rings quite a bit. We spend a lot of time out and about, looking at different sites and meeting with owners. Savara Muthu Street is our home base, and we know the surrounding blocks like the back of our hands. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks because we think people just want the facts. If a place has a leak or the paperwork is messy, we say so. It’s better to be upfront than to have problems later. We enjoy the work, even when it’s tiring. It’s good to see someone finally settle into a place they like. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation; we’re happy right here, helping our neighbors and keeping the business running. It’s just honest work for us, and that’s plenty.
