Look Shine Beauty Salon & Spa is tucked away on 3rd East Street here in Thiruvanmiyur. We’ve been at this spot near Subhiksha for a while now. It’s a pretty simple place, nothing too fancy. People from the neighborhood usually just walk in after finishing their errands. My staff and I are mostly busy with the usual things like haircuts or threadings throughout the day. The shop isn't massive but it gets the job done. We’ve got the regular chairs and mirrors you’d expect. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on weekends when everyone has time off, so you might have to wait a little. We try to keep things tidy, though it’s hard when it’s raining outside and people bring in mud. It's just a local business trying to keep up with the daily rush of Chennai life. Thiruvanmiyur is a busy area, but our street is slightly quieter. Most of our regulars are folks who live just a couple of houses down. We know many of them by name. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just see the sign when they're passing by or heading to the shop nearby. The spa part is just a small section in the back for when people want some peace. It’s just us doing our work every day from morning till evening. Nothing more, nothing less. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and doesn't make a big fuss, that's basically what we are here.
