You can find us over at No:2B Royal Court, on the 2nd Floor. It’s right near the TTDC on Venkatnarayana Road in T Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been running Kumarallayam Properties Pvt.Ltd. from this office for a while now. T Nagar is always crowded, but we like being in the middle of everything. We mostly deal with property management and helping people find flats or office spaces around here. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of who is moving in or out. The office isn't anything special, just a place to get the work done and keep the records straight. We spend a lot of time walking to different buildings nearby to check on things. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury firm. We just want to make sure the properties we handle are taken care of and the owners are getting their rent on time. It’s practical work. We know Venkatnarayana Road like the back of our hands. If you are in T Nagar and need to talk about a lease or a sale, just head up to the second floor. We usually have the fan going and some papers spread out on the table.
