Kcee Properties

Kcee Properties is based at number 75 in the Nesapakkam area of KK Nagar. It’s a humble little spot where we manage our day-to-day business. We mostly look after properties in this part of the city. We’ve lived and worked around here for ages, so we know the streets pretty well. Our office isn't very large, but it serves our needs just fine. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of maps on the walls. Most of the people who come to see us are from nearby. They might be looking for a small house to rent or selling a piece of land their family has owned for years. We don't go in for big advertisements or loud signs. We just do our work and let people talk. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction work nearby, but that’s just part of being in a growing neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on our motorbikes going from one site to another. It's the fastest way to get around the traffic. We try to be helpful and give people the straight story on what a place is worth. No fancy talk, just plain English. We’ve seen many families settle down here, and it’s good to know we had a small hand in that. The office has a bit of a leaky roof when the monsoon gets really heavy, so we have to move the desks around. We’ve got a small garden patch out front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough. It’s an honest living and we’ve made a lot of friends in Nesapakkam over the years.
