Kani Realty Private Limited

We are based over on Bank Street in Kilpauk. Most people around here know the area because of the old buildings and the traffic that gets stuck near the junction. Kani Realty Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while now. It is just a regular office where we handle property things. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit with the windows open. Chennai gets so hot during May. We don't really have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just desks and a lot of files stacked up because of the paperwork. People walk in from Purasawalkam or come down from Perambur to ask about plots or renting out their old houses. Dealing with land in this part of town takes a lot of patience. You have to check the documents properly or it becomes a headache later. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to see sites. It isn't always exciting work. Usually, it is just about making sure the signatures are in the right place and the keys get handed over on time. If you are looking for us, we are at 8/9, (13/9) on Bank Street. It is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely. We just keep things moving every day. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby while waiting for clients to show up. It is a busy life here in Chennai and we just do our part.
