Kamalammal Realtors LLP is located over at VGP Selva Nagar Extension. You can find us at Door No. 1A, which is part of the 123 plot on 2nd Main Road. It’s a quiet enough corner of Chennai, and we like it that way. We aren't a big, loud company. It’s just us working out of this office, trying to keep track of the houses and plots in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who live around here. Real estate in a place like Selva Nagar is mostly about knowing the local families and who is planning to move. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a lot of staff in suits. It’s a regular office with some chairs and a lot of paperwork piled up. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just life in the city. We do our best to keep things moving. Most of our work involves checking titles and making sure the boundaries of a property are where they should be. It’s practical stuff that needs doing. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen the streets get paved and more houses go up. It’s nice to be part of a growing area. We just stick to what we know and try to be useful to anyone who stops by the office with a question about a local plot.
