J Leese & Co Broadway

You can find us right at 198 Broadway in the Parrys area. It’s a very old part of the city and it’s always crowded with people and carts. Our shop has been around for a long time, and we’ve seen the streets outside change quite a bit, even if our building stays the same. Broadway is always loud, and there’s a certain energy to working here that you don't get anywhere else. We don't have a website that we update often or a big team of sales people. It’s usually just a couple of us behind the counter or in the back handling the stock. Parrys is the kind of place where you have to know your way around or you'll get lost in the alleys. We like being part of the history here at number 198. The walls are a bit dusty and the shelves are packed full, but we know where everything is. People come to us because they know we've been here forever and we don't put on any acts. We just sell what we have and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. It’s a busy life in this part of town, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Just look for the old sign for J Leese & Co on Broadway and you’ll find us easily enough. We keep the shop open most days and someone is always here to help you out if you need something specific for your project.
