We’ve been sitting here on the second floor of the Nathigam Building for a while now. It’s right on Arcot Road in Kodambakkam. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is at number 97/55. It’s not a huge place, just a regular workspace where we handle the daily paperwork and talk to people who come in. Most days start with opening up the windows to let some air in, though the traffic noise from Arcot Road is always there. We deal with property stuff mostly. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's quiet. We have a few desks and some old chairs for visitors. It's a plain setup, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Kodambakkam has changed a lot since we first started, with new buildings popping up everywhere, but we’re still here in the same spot. People usually find us because they’re already in the neighborhood or they saw the sign while stuck in traffic outside. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. It’s just us working through the lists and trying to keep things organized. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We keep some water for anyone who stops by. It’s just a normal day-to-day business operation in a busy part of town. We've got a small clock on the wall that ticks a bit too loudly, but you stop noticing it after an hour.
