Hi Look Unisex Salon is on Madhavaram High Road in Perambur. If you are looking for us, we are right near the SBI Bank branch, so it is quite easy to spot when you are driving by. Since we are a unisex place, we get all sorts of people coming in. Men come for a quick haircut or a shave, and women come for styling or whatever else they need. The road outside is always loud with bikes and buses, but once you step inside, it's a bit more relaxed. We have different sections for different things, though the space isn’t massive. We tried to make it look nice with some decent lights and clean floors. Chennai is always humid, so having a place where you can just sit in the cool for thirty minutes while getting a haircut is nice for people. Our staff are just regular folks who know how to use scissors and combs. We don't use those very fancy words for hairstyles; you just tell us what you want and we try to do it. We've seen kids grow up coming here for their school haircuts. It’s funny how time goes. We keep the shop open pretty much all day. It’s just a practical business for the Perambur crowd. We don't have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure people leave looking a bit better than when they walked in.
