Our office for Hanu Reddy Realty India Pvt. Ltd. is located in a pretty unique spot. We are at Shiva Parvathi Pushpa Horticultural Gardens on Seemathamman Koil Street. It’s over in Maduravoyal, right on Mettukuppam Road. Having the gardens nearby makes the air feel a little different than the rest of the city. We’ve been at number 51 for a good while now. Most people find us because they live nearby or they've seen our sign while driving through Maduravoyal. It’s a busy area, but our little corner is a bit more grounded. We handle a lot of different properties, from small apartments to larger plots of land. It’s a lot of back and forth with owners and buyers. Sometimes the traffic on Mettukuppam Road makes us run late for meetings, which is annoying, but that’s just life here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and showing up to show houses. We try to be as practical as possible. We tell people the truth about what they are buying. No use in hiding a leaky tap or a noisy neighbor. We grew up around these streets, so we know which parts get flooded and which ones are quiet at night. It’s just a normal business run by people who care about their work. We keep a lot of local maps on the wall to help us keep everything straight.
