If you ever find yourself over in West Thambaram, you might have seen our place, Gunasekar Real Estate. We are at number 7 in the New Market area. It is one of those spots that is always bustling with people moving around and shops doing their thing. The market has a certain energy to it, especially in the mornings when everyone is setting up. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It is a small space, but it fits what we need. We have been at this West Thambaram address for a while, so we know the neighbors and the people who walk past every day. There is no big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the front so folks know where to go. Sometimes the noise from the market makes it hard to hear, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We usually spend the day checking files and talking to people who drop in. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep a fan going. There is nothing too complicated about how we run Gunasekar Real Estate. We just show up at 7, New Market and get to work. It is a practical location for us and it seems to work out okay. The area has changed a bit over the years, but we are still right here.
