Our office is at Plot No. 2 in KMC Garden. It’s right on Arulneri Nagar 2nd Cross Street, over in Rajakilpaakkam. GROWGREEN REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED has been here for some time. The area has changed quite a bit since we started. There are more houses now and the roads are busier. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and going through the latest property listings. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We handle a lot of local stuff. People from Rajakilpaakkam come to us because they know we’re right here in the neighborhood. It’s convenient for them and for us. We know which plots are good and which ones have issues with the soil or the paperwork. We try to be practical about things. If a deal doesn’t look right, we say so. It’s better than having problems later on. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints and maps spread out. But we know where everything is. Arulneri Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s close to everything we need to get to. We're just regular people doing real estate work. Nothing more to it than that, really.
