GREENWORTH REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Pallippattu House. We are over in Kallupalam Nagar, which is a quiet enough place to get work done. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet people. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city. It’s a house, so it feels a bit more normal. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking about property. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a piece of land or a house for sale. We do our best to give them a straight answer. Sometimes we’re out on the road all day, so the office stays empty for a bit. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. We know the shortcuts and which roads get flooded when it rains. It helps when you’re trying to figure out where a property is. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know how things work around here. It’s steady work.
