Government Lower Primary School

We are situated at No 953A in TVS Colony, which is part of Anna Nagar West Extension. It’s a quieter part of the city compared to the main roads. This is a lower primary school, so our daily life revolves around the youngest students. You can find us easily if you know the colony. The building is a simple structure that’s been around for quite some time. We have a few classrooms and a small space for the children to run around. It’s not a fancy private school with big gates. We are a government-run place where the focus is on basic learning for the local kids. Most of the families living in TVS Colony know us well. The morning bell is usually the loudest thing you’ll hear around here. Teachers are often busy with paperwork or keeping the kids in line. We don't have a lot of extra staff, so everyone chips in. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but busy. It’s just a normal school day for us, starting early and finishing up by the afternoon. The trees around the colony provide a bit of shade, which is nice in the summer. We sometimes have issues with the old plumbing, but we get it fixed eventually. It’s a practical place for the community’s children to start their schooling without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk. We just focus on the basics of getting the little ones ready for the future.
