Golden Properties

Golden Properties is situated on the first floor of the Congress Building. The address is 75/574 in Teynampet, which is right on the famous Anna Salai. This building has been a landmark for many years, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our office doesn't look like those modern ones you see in the news. It’s an older space with high ceilings and heavy wooden furniture. We like the feel of it. Anna Salai is always full of life, with cars, buses, and people moving constantly. You can hear the city from our windows all day. We handle property work, mostly focusing on the older parts of the city that we know inside out. We don’t use any corporate jargon or big sales pitches. We just sit down with people and talk about what they need. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing papers to showing people around houses. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just us. We usually get our tea from a small shop downstairs, and the guy who brings it knows exactly how we like it. We’ve seen the skyline of Chennai change from our windows, but we stay pretty much the same. It’s a steady, local business where we just try to be honest and do our work well without any extra shine. There's always a stack of papers to get through.
