Goldbell Realtors Private Limited is located over in Teynampet. We’re on Chittaranjan Road, at number 6/2. Our office is on the first floor, the front portion specifically, so you can see the street from the window. It’s a nice enough area, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much sometimes. We’ve been in this 600018 pin code for a while. It’s a bit of an older building but it has character. Inside, we keep things pretty simple. There are a few desks, some chairs for when people come in, and a lot of property documents stacked up. We don’t really go for the corporate look. It’s more of a place where we can actually get work done without too many distractions. Most of the time, we are out visiting sites or meeting folks around Chennai. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on calls or fixing up schedules. It’s a local operation, so we know the streets around here pretty well. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. People drop in now and then to ask about what’s available in the market. We just give them the straight talk. It’s a decent place to work and we’re used to the neighborhood noise by now. We usually keep a stash of biscuits for when visitors come by. The air conditioner is a bit old and noisy, but it keeps the humidity down.
