Our office is tucked away in the Golden Jubilee Apartments on Padikuppam Road, right in the Anna Nagar area. It’s a nice enough spot, though the road outside can get a bit chaotic with all the bikes and cars zooming past. Being located inside an apartment complex means we are right in the middle of where people live, which suits us just fine. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know this part of Chennai very well. We spend our time helping neighbors find new tenants or looking for shops for local entrepreneurs. The office has a very lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and papers everywhere. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics because that’s not how we like to be treated ourselves. We just tell people the facts about the property, like if the water is good or how the local drainage is during the heavy rains. People usually find us by word of mouth, which we prefer over paying for big billboards. It’s a steady pace of work. We enjoy the local vibe and the fact that we can just walk down the street and talk to most of the property owners face to face. It keeps things human and straightforward, which is how we’ve always run things here on Padikuppam Road.
