T. Nagar is always crowded, and our office is right in the middle of that energy on Dr. B. Narasiman Road. We are at what used to be number 46, but the signs say 24 now. That’s just how it goes in Chennai sometimes. Gadhiya Properties has been operating here because T. Nagar is where everything happens. If you need to find a place or sell a bit of land, this is the hub for it. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We deal with all sorts of property inquiries every day. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the local news, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. It’s a mix of everything. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. Being in T. Nagar means we have to deal with the noise and the crowds, but it’s worth it to be where the action is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job right. We help people with their land and house questions, mostly just giving them the facts as we see them. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve grown used to the pace of this neighborhood and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else right now. It is just us, working away in the heart of the city.
