F & M Impex

We operate F & M Impex from a space on Thambu Chetty Street. We are on the first floor of building 122/1. This street is always packed with people and goods moving around, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our door. We’ve been doing the import and export thing for a long time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, shelves full of ledgers, and some samples tucked into corners. It gets quite warm in the middle of the day, but we have our fans going. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of customs and shipping rules, which can be a bit of a headache. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy files can be a chore. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles; we’re just a local business trying to make sure our shipments get to where they need to go. Every day brings a different set of challenges, whether it's a delay at the port or a missing document. We just take it as it comes. Being in this part of town means we are close to the heart of the trade, which helps us stay connected to what's happening. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, but we’re used to it. We keep things simple and just keep moving forward with the work we have.
