Genius Impex

We've been at 37/3, Chanda Sahib St. for a long while now. It's a pretty tight street in Royapettah, usually packed with scooters and people walking to the local shops. Genius Impex isn't some big corporate office with a lobby. It’s just us in a small ground-floor space. We have a few desks, some old metal filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork that seems to grow every week. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but we’ve stopped noticing it. The neighborhood is loud and full of life, which is fine by us. There's a tea stall just a few doors down where we go when things get too busy. We handle imports and exports, mostly just keeping our heads down and making sure the orders are moving along. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here so long the postman doesn’t even need to look at the number anymore. The walls are a bit dusty and the light isn't the best, but it's our place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us answering phones and checking lists. We try to stay organized, though it doesn't always look like it to an outsider. It’s a practical setup for the kind of day-to-day business we run here in Royapettah. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else at the end of the day.
