Mgn Appliance Services

Mgn Appliance Services is a small repair shop located at No. 50/24, Mandaveli, Venkata Krishna Road in R A Puram. This is a residential area, so we get a lot of people coming in with their broken household items. The shop is quite small and usually crowded with washing machines, refrigerators, and ovens that need fixing. There are tools scattered across the workbenches and spare parts kept in plastic bins under the counters. It is a very busy environment. We spend most of our time taking things apart and putting them back together again. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a part to arrive, so the machines just sit there in a row. R A Puram is a nice neighborhood, and we have many regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motor or a heating element. The phone rings a lot with people asking when their appliance will be ready. We try to be as quick as we can, but some jobs are harder than others. It is not a shiny or polished business. We have grease on our hands most of the time, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We just focus on the repairs and making sure things are working correctly before they leave the shop.
