A To Z Shop & Services is at No 1/302 on 1st Street in Athithanarnagar. We are in the Iyyappanthangal area, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. The shop is a small, simple place where we try to help people with all kinds of things. It’s a bit of a general store and a repair service rolled into one. We have shelves filled with small household items, and there is usually some space cleared out for working on broken appliances like mixers or fans. It’s a very local kind of setup. We know most of the people who live on this street and the ones nearby. They come in when they need a quick fix for something or if they are looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. The shop isn't big, so it’s pretty crowded with stuff everywhere. We don't have any staff in uniforms or a computer system for billing; it’s all done by hand. We open early so people can drop things off on their way to work. It’s a quiet life here on 1st Street for the most part. We just try to be useful to the neighborhood. If we can't fix something, we usually tell you straight away instead of keeping it for weeks. It’s just how we do things in this little shop.
