M/S. Sreelakshmi Traders

M/S. Sreelakshmi Traders is located on the 1st floor at 45A, Srinivasa Reddy Street. We are right by the Krishnaveni Theatre and Hotel Aruna, so it is a very easy landmark to find if you are in the area. T. Nagar is always buzzing with people shopping and moving around, which makes the mornings quite loud. Our space is usually filled with the sounds of the street coming through the open windows. We handle a lot of trading work, so there are always ledgers and stock lists lying around on every available surface. The office isn't very big, and we have to be careful not to trip over the boxes that arrive daily. We've been here for quite some time, and the neighbors all know us by name. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the movie music from the theatre sometimes if the wind is right. We don't have a fancy sign or any neon lights. Just a simple nameplate on the door that’s been there for years. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking on orders. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. When it rains, the street outside gets pretty messy with puddles, but we stay dry inside. We usually have a bit of a rush in the late afternoon before we close up. It’s just an honest day's work for the few of us.
