Everest Point Realty is tucked into 19/A9 of Shree Apartments. We’re located on Srinivasa Avenue Road in R A Puram. It’s a nice, relatively quiet part of Chennai, which makes for a good working environment most of the time. We don't have a big storefront on a main road; instead, we work from this apartment unit. It feels more personal and less like a cold office that way. People come by to talk about buying or renting places in the city, and we just sit around the table and go through the options together. We know the R A Puram area really well, but we look at properties all over the surrounding neighborhoods too. The office is usually full of local maps and listing printouts scattered around. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or scripts when we talk to people. We just chat like normal human beings trying to find a solution. Sometimes the cat from downstairs wanders in through the door, or we hear the neighbors, and it just feels like a regular part of the community. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that just being straightforward is the best way to get things done. Real estate can be complicated with all the legal bits and forms, so we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for everyone. We spend our afternoons visiting flats or meeting owners. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but it’s a good way to live.
