We are based in the Plaza Centre, specifically in shops 230 and 231. It’s right there on G. N. Chetty Road, and you can’t miss us because we are right beside the Anna Flyover. Being in a shopping complex like this means we see a lot of people coming and going all day. The shops are a bit small, so we have to be very clever about how we use the shelf space. Most of our time is spent talking to people who walk in or answering the phone. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the flyover just outside, but it’s a good location for people to find us. We keep a lot of our stock in the back, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in there. We don't really have a corporate setup; it's more like a family-run feel where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. Whether that’s cleaning the glass counters or updating the price lists, we just get on with it. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, and it gets a bit stuffy, but we just open the door to get some air. It’s a busy life being in the heart of the city like this. We usually stay open late to catch the people coming home from work. It is just our daily routine in the Plaza, keeping the shelves stocked and the customers sorted.
