Our office is right on the first floor along the ECR Main Road in Palavakkam. If you know the Neelankarai area, you probably pass us all the time while heading down towards the coast. Being on the ECR means we see a lot of traffic and a lot of growth happening in this part of Chennai. Connectestatess is a small setup, mostly just a few of us trying to keep track of all the different properties popping up around here. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We spend our mornings checking listings and making sure the documents are in order for whoever is looking for a place. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office at No.2/624 isn't hard to find if you’re looking for it. We’ve seen Palavakkam change quite a bit over the last few years, with more shops and houses filling in the gaps. Our job is basically to keep a pulse on that. We handle the day-to-day things, answering the phone and meeting people who want to buy or sell something in the neighborhood. It’s practical work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, but we get things done eventually. We like being part of the Neelankarai community. It feels like a good place to be based, even with the ECR traffic being what it is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the local market and the people living nearby.
