We are located in Anna Nagar, specifically at 1338, 20th Main Road. If you know Chennai, you know Anna Nagar is a pretty well-planned area. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We’ve been working as Claycroft Properties for some time now. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us partners and a couple of staff members. We don't have a giant office with a view; it’s just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. We spend a lot of time looking at property details and talking to people who want to buy or sell. Real estate in Anna Nagar moves fast, so we try to keep up as best as we can. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes with the scheduling, but we always try to fix them quickly. We don’t use any polished sales pitches or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we know about the market. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at our desks with a lot of files piled up. The 20th Main Road can get quite busy during rush hour, so we’ve learned to plan our site visits around that time. We’ve been part of this community for a while and like seeing the familiar faces of our neighbors. It’s a simple business, and we like keeping it that way. No need for anything too complicated when you're just trying to help someone.
