Cigin Real Estate is our small business located at 26-84 in Periyar Nagar. We are right in the heart of Velachery, which is a place that never seems to sleep. If you know the area, you know how much it has grown lately. We have been working from this office for a while, helping people find a place to live or a bit of land to call their own. It is a lot of walking around and talking to people. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with clients. Sometimes we are running behind because of the Velachery traffic, but we try our best to stay on top of things. Periyar Nagar is a nice community and we feel lucky to be part of it. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just listen to what people need and see if we can find it for them. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of work to get everything right. Dealing with property can be stressful, so we try to keep things calm and easy. You won't find us using a lot of sales talk or fancy language. We are just regular people who know the Velachery market well. If you pass by 26-84, you'll likely see us through the window or heading out to a site. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful to the folks who live here.
