Chendam Realty Private Limited

Chendam Realty is located at Plot Number 11, which used to be Old Number 10. We are at Number 6 in the New Colony on 10th Street in Adambakkam. It sounds a bit confusing with the old and new numbers, but the locals know the spot. Adambakkam is a packed residential area, and 10th Street is right in the middle of it all. The office is small and tucked away, which we kind of like. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a cold business office. We have been here for a while, dealing with the property needs of the people in the colony. Most of our day is spent looking over deeds and talking to folks about their homes. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. One of us will just look up from our work when you walk in. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market. We like the atmosphere here. It is just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who live around us. We keep things simple and don't make promises we can't keep, just focusing on what is right in front of us.
