Brios Properties is located on E.V.K Sampath Road in Vepery. We’re at numbers 35 to 41. It’s an older part of Chennai with a lot of history in the streets. We’ve been here for a while, working out of this office every day. The building is simple, and so is the way we run things. We deal with various property matters around the city. Vepery is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside our windows. We have a small group of people working here. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees in different cities. It’s more like a small family business where everyone does a bit of everything. One day we might be filing papers, and the next we’re out looking at a plot of land that someone wants to sell. It gets dusty and hot, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their property needs. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like because of the bureaucracy, but we just keep at it until it's finished. Our office has been in the same spot, and people in the neighborhood know us by name. We like the local feel of E.V.K Sampath Road. There are some good places to eat nearby, which helps when we have long days at the desk. We just want to keep working and doing what we know.
