Asn Housing

We are located at 140 on Radha Nagar Main Road in Chromepet. It’s a good spot because we get to see a lot of what’s happening in the local area. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for our housing work. We spend most of our time dealing with residential spots around here. Whether it's a small plot or a new building going up, we usually have some involvement in it. The traffic on the main road can be a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our records in simple folders and try to stay organized, even when things get busy. There are no fancy uniforms or receptionists here. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We know most of the families who have lived in Chromepet for a long time. Helping people figure out their housing needs is what keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes the weather is too hot for site visits, but we have to go anyway. We don’t use those polished marketing slogans you see elsewhere. We just talk about the houses and what needs to be done to get the keys handed over. It’s a straightforward way to run things. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll probably see us out and about, usually carrying a bunch of keys or a tape measure while checking on a property.
