ARAM ESTATES LLP

We've been working out of this spot on Velachery Main Road for quite a while now. It’s on the second floor of Gulmohar Avenue in Guindy. If you know Chennai, you know how busy this area gets with all the traffic and people moving around. We just handle property stuff here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at paperwork that seems to never end. There are just a few of us in the office. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with real estate in Tamil Nadu can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the various rules, so we just take it one day at a time. The office is right there near No. 14. We usually have tea in the afternoon and talk about the latest plots or buildings that came up in the neighborhood. It’s a local business through and through. Nothing fancy about the way we work. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. People stop by sometimes to ask about land or houses. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and files everywhere. The traffic on Velachery Main Road is always something else. It makes getting to work an adventure every morning. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our part here.
