We are located in the TVK Industrial Estate over in Ekkattuthangal. Specifically, ANKRAT PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is in Block 6, C2-A. Guindy is a busy area with a lot of noise and activity, and we’re right in the thick of it. Our office is more about function than style. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly a luxury setting, but it works for us. We deal with property all over this side of Chennai. Most days, we are either answering emails or out on the road checking out different sites. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the local market well. We try to keep things very down-to-earth. When people come to see us, we just sit down and talk about what they need without any fancy talk. The industrial estate can be a bit confusing to navigate if you haven't been here before, but once you find Block 6, we’re right there. We’ve seen this area grow a lot over the years. We don't have a polished marketing plan. We just do our work and hope people appreciate the effort we put in. It’s a lot of legwork, but we don't mind. We are just regular people running a real estate business in Guindy. That’s about all there is to it.
