AKSHAYA LANDS & PROPERTIES LLP

We are located in the Rajah Annamalai Building, which is part of the Jhaver Centre on Marshalls Road. It’s on the second floor at No 72. Egmore is a busy part of Chennai, as anyone who drives through here knows. Akshaya Lands & Properties has been in this building for a while now. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has character and it’s right in the middle of everything. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with every day because that’s just how the land business is in a city like this. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at documents. We don’t really go in for the flashy stuff you see with some of the bigger developers. We’re just a small team working out of this second-floor office. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but we don't mind the walk up. Marshalls Road gets really crowded, so we usually tell people to come by in the morning if they can. We know Chennai real estate can be a headache for people, so we just try to be a place where they can get some clear answers. Being in Egmore means we’re close to a lot of the government offices, which makes our job a bit easier when we have to go back and forth. It’s just our daily routine and we are used to it by now.
