PARANTHA CORNER

Our place, Parantha Corner, is located at Booth 61-62 in Sector 27-C, Chandigarh. We are right near Moti Ram School, so there is always a lot of activity around here, especially when the kids are coming or going. Chandigarh is a planned city, but things still feel pretty busy in our little sector. We have got a simple booth setup. It is not a fancy restaurant with waiters in uniforms. We just cook and serve right from the counter. The pin code here is 160019. We have been at this address for a good while. Most people who come by are living in Sector 27 or working at the nearby shops. We do not have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We just focus on getting the paranthas onto the tawa. Sometimes when it is lunchtime, we get a bit backed up and things might take a few extra minutes. We are just human and doing our best with what we have. The weather in this part of India changes so much, so we just adapt to the heat or the cold as it comes. We use what we can find at the local markets. It is an honest, small-scale operation. No big corporate mission here, just a small business trying to stay afloat and serve the local neighborhood. If you are walking near the school and smell something cooking, that is probably us.
