BUFFET LOUNGE

You can find us over at Sector 43b in Chandigarh, tucked inside Hotel KLG International. We are right there at SCO 121-124, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you're driving past the Tiwana Petrol Pump. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with people coming and going from the hotel or just passing through the sector. We run the buffet here every day. It’s a lot of work getting all the dishes set out and keeping the heaters going. The room is usually filled with the smell of whatever is cooking in the back. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded with guests checking in, but the lounge stays mostly focused on the food. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. It's just a place where you can come and eat as much as you want from the spread we’ve put out. The chairs are comfortable enough and the staff stays busy refilling the trays. We see a lot of families and people on business trips since we’re in the hotel. It gets a little noisy during the dinner rush, and sometimes the lines get a bit long at the dessert station. We just keep our heads down and keep working. Chandigarh is a nice place to work, and being in Sector 43b keeps us right in the middle of things. No frills, just a regular buffet lounge where we try to keep the food hot and the tables cleared.
