A Hot Millions

We've been at SCO/6 in Sector 26 for quite some time now. Most people around Adajan know where we are, right in the middle of things here in 160019. It’s a busy spot, and we try to keep up with everyone coming through. We mostly just focus on getting the food out fast because people are usually in a hurry during their lunch breaks or when they're out with family in the evening. The place isn't anything too fancy, just some tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays pretty noisy most of the day. We started A Hot Millions because we wanted a place where locals could just sit down and eat without too much fuss. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, especially when the weather is nice, and sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but we do what we can. Our staff has been with us for a while, and they know a lot of the regulars by name now. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us or they’ve been coming here since they were kids. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood. We keep the floors swept and the lights on, and as long as people keep showing up hungry, we’ll keep the stove going. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do here in Sector 26.
